Why “joinery”?
In woodworking, joinery is the art of fitting pieces together precisely to create something both beautiful and strong.
That’s what we aim to do with people and ideas. We focus on the points of connection — how and why people are coming together — to solve important problems. In woodworking, as in systems change, the quality of the joints determines the resilience of the structure.
